Zeitwinkel Introduces 273 Degrees Watch

Dec 27, 2010
The young watch company Zeitwinkel is about to take the wraps off its debut timepieces, encouraged by A. Lange & Sohne models.

A cherry in the entire range is a 273 degrees watch. Designed in the classical style, the remarkable novelty boasts the proportions, ideal for optimal legibility.

The case of the new Zeitwinkel watch measures 42.5 mm and is crafted from steel. It is endowed with impressive lugs and a winding crown, featured at 3 o’clock.

Embraced by the case is an extremely readable dial, dressed in black or silver tone. It is completed with arrow-shaped hour-markers, performed in white. Allied with a minute track of the same color, they produce a fine contrast with the dark background of the display.

The new 273 degrees watch captures the time by means of white-painted centralized hands, pointing to hours and minutes. The progression of seconds is marked in the counter, presented at 6 o’clock.

Covered by a high-grade sapphire crystal, the watch face also offers a date indication, arranged in the rectangular aperture between 10 and 11 o’clock. It is counterweighted by a power reserve indicator, featured between 1 and 2 o’clock. The power reserve, supplied by the timepiece, ensures 3-day autonomy. The design of the dial is completed by the brand’s logo, presented at 9 o’clock.

The absolute precision of the model is guaranteed by a self-winding ZW 0103 movement. Ideally suited for everyday wear, the new Zeitwinkel watch comes fitted with a matching leather strap.
